My game is freezing, what should I do?

What is this?

We have identified an issue that causes the game to freeze while in the Elysium, but could also happen in-game. This freeze is related to Easy Anti Cheat, and below you will find one of the available solutions to this problem.

How do I solve this?

1. If the game freezes, close it by pressing Alt + F4
2. Restart your PC.
3. Press Win + R, in order to open Run.exe
4. Type: %appdata%/EasyAntiCheat 
5. Delete everything in the folder.
6. Run the game again.
