Launch Error: Failed to start the game (2)/ Launch Error (10011): Couldn't start the game

When launching Bloodhunt, you may receive an Easy Anti-Cheat error.
The error message will be based on the DirectX version you are running and can look like either of the error messages below:

If you are running the game on DX11Failed to start the game (2)

If you are running the game on DX12 Launch Error (10011)/Couldn't start the game

We recommend three main methods of solving this error. Try the following:

1. Verify the integrity of the Bloodhunt game files on Steam
   • If you are unsure how to do this, we have made a guide for you here: How to verify integrity of Steam files
     
     
2. Reinstalling the game
   • Open Steam
   • Go to your Steam Library
   • Right click on Bloodhunt
   • Go to Manage and click on Uninstall
   • Once the game is uninstalled, you can install it again from the Steam library
     
     
3. Verify the EAC files separately
   • Open Steam
   • Go to your Steam Library
   • Right click on Bloodhunt
   • Click on Properties
   • In the new window, go to Local Files
   • Click on Browse..
   • Open the EasyAntiCheat folder
   • Double-click on the file EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe and follow the instructions on screen
