Items, Battle Passes and other products purchased through Steam or the In-game store are generally not eligible for a refund unless required by law.
This covers all Bloodhunt products:
- Virtual currency (Tokens)
- Battle Pass (Including all items rewarded within the Battle Pass)
- as well as any other consumables.
We put a lot of effort and creativity into our products and always strive towards creating the best experience for everyone.
We ask you to keep in mind that some items may be limited to specific Archetypes and similar.
Purchases are definite and that you should always carefully evaluate a product before purchasing it.
