Happens when our anti-cheat has flagged your account of cheating.
It may also happen if one or more players suspect you of cheating and Sharkmob have found enough evidence to believe their reports are true.
Player reported claims of cheating are carefully reviewed by our support staff.
We have processes in place to ensure that reports are investigated 24/7, and we put in a lot of effort to make sure that the appropriate actions are taken. We take cheating very seriously and as such, if an account has been banned for cheating, the ban will usually not be lifted.

This also includes trying to sell fake game codes to play Bloodhunt or in-game items. If you are permanently banned for spamming, one or more players may have actively reported you.
