I'm missing an item I purchased with in-game currency
Here's a few things you can do prior to contacting support, that will help us a lot in the troubleshooting what went wrong:
- Note down the time and date for when you purchased the item, as well as the name of the item.
- Did you get a notification that your purchase failed?
If a purchase fail, you will be instantly notified in the store that your order did not go through.
- Items can sometimes take a little longer to arrive if the servers are overloaded. Sometimes a little patience may work in your favor.
If you have purchased an item using in-game currency (Tokens) but it is not showing up in your inventory, we recommend reaching out to our Support Agents by Submitting a request.
